I need to kow about speeding tickets in VA, I have a drivng supsension about 4 years ago?

and to finish my question I was caaught speeding in VA, and I do know that some judges can put in jail for this depending on the judge, will I go to jail on my court date for speeding. I do not want to go to jail, I know driving is a privlege not a given, and normally I would have not have been speeding, but is there a possibility that for any reason I could face jail time because of my past history or for this recent ticket? Because I just want to schedule a time to pay the fine and that is it, I know that not all judges will even care.
