Highschool dropout in state of florida?

okay well i do have life plans and im not looking to be judged if anything i just need information. Im 16 in 9th grade i live in a abusive house hold &nn my boyfriend is helping me get out on my feet ... Can i drop out without parental consent in my case... I live in florida.
